"I love the kind patches! I have tried the defense, dream and stress relief. All work really well, i love the idea of a multivitamin in the defense patch being transdermal, and not having to take a bunch of pills. Those stress relief provides some calming, and the dream patches are amazing. I finally was able to sleep after years of suffering from perimenopausal insomnia!! Unfortunately I had to stop taking the Stress relief & dream patches due to Ashwagandha which gives me chest pain. I wish I could have the option for those patches without the Ashwagandha. But if you're good with it, give these patches a try! You won't regret it!"
