Who we are?

We are Kind Patches™, a natural skincare patch company that is here to revolutionise the way you think about skincare. We believe that beautiful, healthy skin starts with using natural, sustainable and effective ingredients.

Our patches are made with all-natural ingredients that are carefully chosen to be kind to your skin and the environment.

We say no to harsh chemicals, parabens, and synthetic fragrances and yes to nourishing and organic ingredients.

Why? Because you're one of a kind!

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information after the package has shipped.

Does Kind Patches ship worldwide? 

Yep! However, some orders may unfortunately be subject to import duties and fees, taxes and other charges based on the final destination. If your order attracts these additional charges, you (the buyer) are responsible for paying them in order for your package to clear customs. Kind Patches does not collect any duties and/or taxes and we can’t predict what your charges may be.

Once your order has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to refund any shipping costs incurred should you not accept the customs charges. 

How long does shipping take?

That depends! Typically orders placed with standard shipping take 4 - 15 business days to arrive. While things typically run smoothly, Covid-19 has impacted our delivery carriers across the board. Please bare with us during this truly bizarre time! As always, contact us if you need help with your order.

Help! There’s a problem with my order. How do I get in touch?

Please contact us right away! Our fulfilment team processes orders very quickly, but we will try our best to accommodate your request!

What about refunds and exchanges?

You are welcome to return your shipment back to us for a full refund. Please note that the cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer (you) and unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping costs. Don't worry though, we're here to help! Just reach out to us and we'll guide you through the return process.

In the rare case of receiving faulty, damaged, or wrongly described items, we've got you covered. You'll have the option to choose between a replacement or a refund. Just make sure to notify us within 30 days of purchase and we'll take care of the rest. Simply reach out to us and we'll walk you through the process hassle-free!

My order was faulty. What should I do?

Oh no! We apologize that your order arrived in less-than-perfect condition. Don't worry, we've got your back. Simply contact us with 2-3 clear photos of the fault, and let us know if you prefer a replacement or a refund. Our team will respond to your message as soon as possible and guide you through the refund process or send you a brand new item, whichever you prefer. Once the refund has been processed or the replacement has been dispatched, we'll email you with an update. We always strive to resolve faulty orders promptly, so rest assured that we'll do our best to make it right! :-)

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed, as our warehouse begins processing them immediately. 

I want to stock Kind Patches in my store. Is this a possibility?

Absolutely! Just contact us and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.

I'm an influencer or content creator. Can I work with you?

Cancelation process

If you would like to cancel your order. Please contact us via our contact form or hello@kindpatches.com

If an order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
