After using them on my upper arms as directed, they left dark circular marks exactly where each patch was placed. The marks have lasted well beyond removing the patches and now I’m having to treat the hyperpigmentation they caused. I don’t usually react to adhesives, so this was disappointing. If you have sensitive skin or are prone to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, especially if you have a medium to darker skin tone, I’d recommend doing a small patch test first. I can’t comment on whether they worked for appetite or weight loss because I stopped using them after this reaction."

"Absolutely love how easy the patches are to use. I was on mounjaro for a about a year and lost most of my pregnancy weight but wanted to try something that was not only cheaper but more sustainable. I can't say I've noticed any weight loss nor reduced puffiness but it's still early days and I want to be consistent to see if results change.
