"It may be too early to say this; it could be a fluke or "placebo effect," but after only the second day of wearing the berberine patches, my appetite has reduced significantly. I've had no cravings or food noise. Considering it's the week before my period and I was eating everything in sight, I'm very impressed with this outcome. "This happened so much faster than expected, but I was in a cafe yesterday and all I ordered was a coffee. It is always coffee and cake (this particular cafe has amazingly huge slices of homemade cake) and although I could have eaten one, I didn't want to. "I never write reviews. A little background about myself is I am constantly exhausted, sleeping, super low energy and SO VERY bloated (pictures attached). My job is an on call only job so working odd hours does not help out… TMI but if I can help someone else with this info it’s worth it. I was about to go see a gastroenterologist because constipation was such an issue for me. I could usually only go to the bathroom maybe once every 4 days. . sometimes once a WEEK.
