"I have tried quite a few of the patches and this is one I can feel within minutes of wearing it and when I take it off, I can feel the difference in my bloating. It really reduces bloat, makes it like nonexistent, and perhaps it made me addicted to these patches because almost as soon as I take it off the bloat returns. Seems individual dependent though, as other people tried them and said they didn’t notice anything but then, maybe they weren’t really bloated. Idk, but definitely works for me. Love them."

"I bought this bundle with little hope after using similar patches, but I thought I'd give them a try as they were on offer. I'm on day three of wearing the patches and I can already feel a difference! The mood patches have lifted a very dark cloud and foggy feeling I had for some time, and I definitely feel more positive. The Berberine patches have reduced my appetite considerably and completely stopped any cravings I had, which is fantastic considering it's a few days before my period is due and I was eating everything in site. The unpuff patches have made me feel significantly less bloated too. Again, this is wonderful considering it's a few days before my period is due and I looked about 6 months pregnant my bloating was so bad. "I struggle a lot with bloating, especially in the evening. There are certain foods that really cause me problems, and with no gallbladder either I can really struggle. I’m on day 4 and using them daily and I’m not sure if it’s in my head, but I do feel and see a slight difference. I’m going to keep going with them and even if there is no further difference it’s definitely progress."
