Does Kind Patches ship worldwide? 

We’re committed to making our products accessible worldwide and are actively working on expanding our warehouse network globally.

We have successfully delivered orders to destinations outside these core regions, including the Middle East, and Central America, but please note:

  • Delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed outside our core regions.
  • Customs fees may apply, and these are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Tracking updates may not always be fully reliable for unsupported regions.

Orders shipped to non-core regions are placed at the customer’s discretion. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to expand and improve international delivery options.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed with standard shipping typically take up to 7 business days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur. If you need any assistance with your order, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.

Please contact us right away! Our fulfilment team processes orders very quickly, but we will try our best to accommodate your request!

What about refunds and exchanges?

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on standard products purchased from our website. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of purchase—limit one use per product and per order.

To request a refund, please contact us directly. Subscription orders are non-refundable, so be sure to cancel before your next billing date if you no longer wish to receive them.

For faulty, incomplete, or incorrect orders, contact us HERE with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo so we can help.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 20 business days of approval. If it’s been over 25 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out.

I received a damaged/defective item. What should I do?

Oh no! We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!

Please reach out to us with 2-3 clear photos of the issue, and let us know whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund. Our team will respond as quickly as possible to guide you through the process. Once your refund is processed or your replacement is on its way, we’ll send you an update via email.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before it’s been fulfilled by our warehouse.

To do so, simply log into your account using the same email address you used when placing the order. From there, you’ll see your order details and can select “Cancel Order” directly.

Once an order has been fulfilled, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes or cancellations, but you can always reach out to our team if you need assistance!

How & when to use each Kind Patch

Kind Patches are designed to fit easily into your daily routine. Most patches can be worn for 8–12 hours and should be applied at a time that best suits your lifestyle and wellness goals.

Daily Wellness Patches: Many of our patches are designed to be worn as part of your everyday routine and can be applied throughout the day. These include patches such as Berberine, Unpuff, MB, NAD+, Energy, Focus, and other daily wellness patches. For best results, incorporate them into your routine and use them consistently.

Evening & Relaxation Patches: Our sleep and relaxation patches are designed to support your evening wind-down routine. These include the Dream Series, Stress Down Regular, and Stress Down Extra Strong patches. Apply them before bed and wear them throughout the night while you sleep, or during periods when you want to relax and unwind.

Occasion-Based Patches: Some patches are designed for specific moments, events, or situations, such as Anti Mosquito, Sun, Recover, and Anti Motion Sickness patches. Whether you're preparing for travel, a busy schedule, outdoor activities, or a special occasion, these patches can be used whenever you need them.

Application Tips: For best results, apply your patch to a clean, dry, relatively hair-free area of skin, such as the upper arm, shoulder, wrist, or back. Rotate application sites regularly and always follow the directions provided on your product packaging.

Are the patches safe for children or teenagers to use?

Our patches are generally designed for adult use, and we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before using them on children, especially considering your child's specific health conditions. While many of our patches contain essential vitamins and minerals, it's crucial to ensure they are safe and suitable for children, given their unique needs.

The exceptions are the Pimple Patches, Anti-Mosquito Patches, and Sun Patches, which are safe to use on children.

We strongly advise consulting with your pediatrician or a healthcare provider. They can provide personalized advice based on your child's medical history, eating habits, and overall health.

Can I use multiple patches at once?

Yes, you can use multiple patches at the same time, but please bear in mind the
following:

  • Choose patches that complement each other.
  • Avoid using patch combinations with opposite purposes. For example, don’t use Dream Patch and Focus Patch at the same time.
  • Avoid combining patches with similar purposes. For example, don’t use Focus Patch and Energy Patch at the same time.

Do you have a return policy or 30-day money back guarantee?

If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day guarantee on our standard products.

Are your patches vegan? Cruelty-free?

We are proud to confirm that all of our Kind Patches are cruelty-free, meaning that they have not been tested on animals. We are committed to providing products that align with ethical standards and do not involve any harm to animals during their development and testing.

I have a pre-existing medical condition; is it safe to use Kind Patches?

Kind Patches can be used as part of a self-care routine; however, it's always a good
idea to consult with a healthcare professional who can provide personalized
guidance based on your specific needs and preferences.

Can Kind Patches be used together with other, similar products?

While we cannot provide specific guidance on similar products from other brands
without knowing their complete ingredient lists and formulations, we can offer some
general advice.


When using Kind Patches alongside other supplements, take care not to exceed the
recommended daily allowances (RDAs). We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional, such as a doctor or
pharmacist, before combining our patches with other, similar products.

How do I use the patches?

We recommend using each patch once for 6 to 8 hours. You can also alternate different patches throughout the day.


The effectiveness of patches can vary from person to person, so it's a good idea to discuss their use with a healthcare provider if you have any concerns follow the recommended application guidelines.

How long does it take for the ingredients in a patch to start working? 

A patch becomes active as soon as you apply it and will last for up to eight hours. You might feel the benefits of some patches straightaway, while others will take longer to work. The effectiveness of each patch depends on factors like your specific needs and how the patch works within your overall health journey.

How quickly will I see results from using a patch?

Our patches should be considered as part of a larger wellness ecosystem, where they play a key role but work best when integrated with other aspects of a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Wellness isn’t a one-time fix; it's a gradual process that requires consistency and mindfulness. By viewing the patch as part of this ecosystem, you can make more informed decisions about your health and see the full benefits over time. How can the patches adhere better?

We kindly suggest applying the patch to common areas such as the inside of your wrist, the shoulder, the upper arm, or the back—ensuring it's a flat and relatively hair-free surface. Our team has discovered that placing the patch too close to the hand on the wrist may impact adhesion due to the skin's tendency to fold and move in that particular area.

For best results, we recommend positioning the patch approximately 10-15 cm up from the hand on the wrist. This adjustment has proven to enhance the patch's effectiveness and ensure better adhesion, as it provides a more comfortable and effective experience.

How can I ensure smooth removal of the patch?

Try the wet removal method - moisten the area before peeling off the patch to reduce adhesiveness. For even easier removal, apply oil to the area beforehand to help deactivate the adhesive. 

Can I use Kind Patches if I have sensitive skin?

If you have sensitive skin, please be aware that the patch may not be ideal for you. If you experience any redness, irritation, or signs of an allergic reaction, remove the patch immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

Can I use Kind Patches while I'm on antibiotics?

We do not recommend using Kind Patches while taking antibiotics. Antibiotics may influence how your body responds to supplements, and combining them could lead to unwanted interactions. If you are currently prescribed antibiotics or any other medication, please consult your healthcare professional before using Kind Patches.
