Entferne das Patch vorsichtig von der Trägerfolie und bringe es auf einer sauberen, haarfreien Hautstelle an. Um eine korrekte Anwendung zu gewährleisten, solltest du vor dem Anbringen keine Lotionen oder Cremes auf die betreffende Stelle auftragen.

Vermeide es, die Haut vor dem Anbringen zu dehnen. Dadurch bleibt die natürliche Spannung erhalten und Spannungsblasen werden vermieden, sodass das Patch gleichmäßiger angebracht werden kann.

Entfernung
Entfernung mit Wasser: Die Entfernung mit Wasser kann die Klebekraft des Patches verringern und das Entfernen erleichtern. Befeuchte die Stelle einfach gründlich, bevor du versuchst, das Patch zu entfernen.

Öl für eine erleichterte Entfernung: Öl hilft, den Klebstoff zu deaktivieren, und ermöglicht dadurch eine noch einfachere Entfernung. Trage vor dem Entfernen des Patches Öl auf die Stelle auf.

Amazing!

"My whole life I have had the worst immune system. As a kid I had so much time off school with colds and flus , would go on holiday and get a cold on the plane and end up sick for much of the trips. I dreaded concerts or shows because I’d always end up catching something. I once sat in my doctors surgery in tears pleading for help and he just shrugged me off. But now I have these defence patches they're amazing !! They’re so good that last weekend i went to stay at a friends house who was really sick with the flu. We sat together, we’re in the car together, if i hadn’t had my patches with me I would have been sick the first day. 4 days later I still wasn’t sick. Defense, Dream and Stress Relief

"I love the kind patches! I have tried the defense, dream and stress relief. All work really well, i love the idea of a multivitamin in the defense patch being transdermal, and not having to take a bunch of pills. Those stress relief provides some calming, and the dream patches are amazing. I finally was able to sleep after years of suffering from perimenopausal insomnia!! Unfortunately I had to stop taking the Stress relief & dream patches due to Ashwagandha which gives me chest pain. I wish I could have the option for those patches without the Ashwagandha. But if you're good with it, give these patches a try! You won't regret it!"
