So klebst du es auf
Zieh das Patch vorsichtig von der Trägerfolie ab und kleb es auf eine saubere, unbehaarte Hautstelle. Damit es gut hält, trag an dieser Stelle vorher keine Lotion und keine Creme auf.

Dehne die Haut beim Aufkleben nicht. So bleibt die natürliche Spannung erhalten, du vermeidest Spannungsbläschen und das Patch lässt sich leichter aufkleben.

So ziehst du es ab
Mit Wasser: Feuchtigkeit löst den Kleber etwas, so lässt sich das Patch leichter abziehen. Befeuchte die Stelle einfach gut, bevor du das Patch abziehst.

Mit Öl: Öl löst den Kleber, so geht das Abziehen noch sanfter. Trag vor dem Abziehen etwas Öl auf die Stelle auf.

"I’ve had these patches for over a year in general. And every time I put on this patch, I do not get a hangover. Regardless if it’s no food in my stomach plus some alcohol or if it’s food there and alcohol. It doesn’t matter if I’m having one drink of red wine or I’m going out with friends mixing 10 drinks of whisky with a few of vodka or shots of tequila. I’m waking up with minimal to no hangover. I don’t know how to explain how this is my miracle, but it is."
