"I never write reviews. A little background about myself is I am constantly exhausted, sleeping, super low energy and SO VERY bloated (pictures attached). My job is an on call only job so working odd hours does not help out… TMI but if I can help someone else with this info it’s worth it. I was about to go see a gastroenterologist because constipation was such an issue for me. I could usually only go to the bathroom maybe once every 4 days. . sometimes once a WEEK. The pain and bloat was HORRIBLE. I came across these patches and decided to give them a try. I purposely am trying to live the same way as before because I didn’t want to have a placebo effect. My what would have been my regular 4 hour naps turned into 1 hour & im going to the bathroom nearly EVERY day now. I also simply just feel more alive and have more energy. I’m not constantly waiting for the next time I can get into bed. I am fully awake, wanting to go outside and do things.
