Great use

"I've tried several patches, and they really work!! I'm the type of person that i have "head" hunger. The Berberine patch makes me not have an appetite and makes me full quicker. I take the Energy, Berberine, MB, Mood, and Boost patch every mid morning. Before I go to the gym, I take the Pulse patch, that makes me workout very hard!!! In the evening, I take the Extra strength Stress Down and Before bed I take the Extra Dream patch and the Depuff patch. Every day I take the Motion Sickness patch that helps with my nausea due to menopause. I love these and will continue buying them!!"
